NAWIC DC Chapter April 2012 Event
The presentation on Earned Value Management (EVM) will open with the presenters’ discussion of how critical path method schedules are reviewed, earned value is analyzed, and performance is reported for the benefit of the project team. The presentation will also highlight how these reviews and analyses add value to the project. The presenters will invite the audience to participate by sharing their experiences with reviews and analyses of project performance. The challenges faced and the opportunities for improvement will be discussed.
Presenters
Omoniyi Ladipo has more than 26 years of experience in construction and project management. She has broad experience in the management of building and civil engineering projects from inception to closeout. She has served as site engineer, project engineer, project manager, and senior project manager on multiple projects. Ms. Ladipo is experienced in quantity surveying and cost estimating; cost management,value engineering studies; earned value management, and bidding and tendering.
Jill Hubbard has over 11 yearsof experience in construction management with specialization in CPM scheduling. Her scheduling experience includes building schedules and updating schedules. Additional experience includes claims, changes, and cost estimating on bridges, roads, large interchanges, and government projects.
